Can I come to your store?

  • Yes, You will be able to visit the store and check the product or pick up your online order at 42 Rue Chabanel O Montréal, QC H2N 1E6. In store prices are always discounted.

How can I track my order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will call, send you an email, or text once your order is shipped or ready to be picked up.
An item I want is not listed on your website?
We’re constantly adding new items to our store. You can email us with your product suggestions at support@marchepatel.com and we will make an effort to try to avail the item for you. Sometimes it’s not possible to get specific items due to supply issues, limited customer demand, etc.

An item I want shows it's SOLD OUT.
Our goal is to always have all listed items in stock. Generally, an out-of-stock item should be back within 1-2 weeks. In some rare circumstances, items may remain sold out for longer than that due to sudden spikes in demand or supply issues.
Are the prices higher on the online website compared to the prices in the local store?
Yes. The prices on our online website may be higher than those in our local store. This is primarily due to the additional costs associated with operating an online platform, such as website maintenance, secure payment processing, and shipping logistics.

We encourage you to visit our local store to take advantage of the cheaper prices and experience the personal touch of our knowledgeable staff. Shopping in-store allows you to browse our extensive selection, seek product recommendations, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of our Indian grocery store. How much does shipping cost?

  • The shipping for Montreal Local Area – Zone 1
  • FREE Shipping for Orders above $100 (before tax)
  • $10 for Orders up to $99 (before taxes)

  • FREE Shipping for Orders above $150 (before tax)

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout according to your address.
  • To determine the exact shipping amount, simply add all the items you need to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, where the charges will be clearly shown.
    Take advantage of the benefit that bigger order sizes offer. With larger orders, the shipping fees become relatively lower.
  • For instance, if a 10 kg order incurs a $10 shipping cost, doubling the order size to 20 kg will not result in double the shipping cost. Instead, it will only increase partially, let’s say to $15. Thus, ordering in bulk is highly recommended to minimize shipping costs per item.
  • We do not ship frozen items to post-shipping areas in Canada.

The shipping for the USA.

  • Shipping charges are based on order weight and displayed at checkout based on your address.
  • In order to know the exact shipping amount, you can add all items you need to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout where the charges will be displayed.
  • We do not ship fruits, vegetables, and frozen items to the USA.

Do you ship to my location?
Yes, we ship to Montreal and the surrounding area. Add products to the cart. Go to the Checkout page and check your shipping/delivery options.

Who will deliver my order?
Shipping Address in Montreal
One of our team members will deliver the order with all the necessary precautions for your safety.
NOTE – You will have to pick up the orders from downstairs if it’s a building. If you won’t be able to pick it up, it will be dropped at the letter Box.

Shipping Address Everywhere else in Canada:

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed with a link to track your package. Your package will be delivered in the exact same manner as you receive all other Canada Post packages from Walmart / Amazon etc.

What time do you deliver?
Shipping Address in Montreal and surrounding Area

  • Orders are delivered from 5 – 9 pm during weekdays. Depends on the order volume and weather conditions, there is a possibilities that your order can deliver the next day.
  • Please note we are unable to give you a specific appointment for delivery.

Shipping Address everywhere else in Canada

  • It’s depends on the Canada Post and the Fedex delivery schedules. You will be able to check with them directly once you get the tracking number.

What is the minimum amount for an online order?

The minimum order to deliver in the Montreal Local area is above $50.

    For Canada and USA via post orders, there is no limit as long as shipping is paid.

Payment & Returns Information

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). We also accept payment via Paypal. Debit cards (Visa & Mastercard) are also accepted. YOu will be able to pay with Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or CASH in the retail store or during the pickup.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, do access CASH for local delivery. Cash has to be exact as the billing amount. Online order shipped with Post Canada or FedEx has to be paid before.
I'm missing an item in my order, What should I do ?
We take due care to ensure all orders are packed full with no errors. From time to time mistakes do happen. Please contact us at support@marchepatel.com with your order number so that we can resolve the situation for you.
An item in my order is damaged. What should I do?

We prioritize the safe transit of all our products. We take meticulous care to ensure that every item is packed with utmost attention to detail to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Our packing process includes bubble wrapping all glass items, securely packaging liquid items in plastic bags, and placing all products in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes sealed with high-quality tape.

However, we understand that despite our best efforts, there may be instances where an item is damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us via email and include your order number for reference.

Please note that our return period for damaged items is 15 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged products beyond this timeframe, as per our policy. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly to inquire about any warranty coverage that may apply.
