Can I come to your store?

  • Yes, You will be able to visit the store and check the product or pick up your online order at 42 Rue Chabanel O Montréal, QC H2N 1E6.

How can I track my order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will call, send you an email, or text once your order is shipped or ready to be picked up.
An item I want is not listed on your website?
We’re constantly adding new items to our store. You can email us with your product suggestions at support@marchepatel.com and we will make an effort to try to avail the item for you. Sometimes it’s not possible to get specific items due to supply issues, limited customer demand, etc.

An item I want shows it's SOLD OUT.
Our goal is to always have all listed items in stock. Generally, an out-of-stock item should be back within 1-2 weeks. In some rare circumstances, items may remain sold out for longer than that due to sudden spikes in demand or supply issues.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping address in Montreal and surrounding Area

FREE Shipping for Orders above $79 (before tax)
$4.99 for Orders up to $78.99 (before taxes)

Shipping address in all other provinces

  • Shipping charges are based on order weight and displayed at checkout (before payment)
  • In order to know the exact shipping amount, you can add all items you need to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout where the charges will be displayed.
  • Bigger order sizes have relatively lower shipping fees. For example, a 10 kg order may show a shipping cost of $10 but if you double the order size to 20 kg the shipping cost will not double but will only rise partially say to $15. Hence, it’s best to order in bulk to minimize shipping costs per item.

Do you ship to my location?
Yes, we ship to Montreal and the surrounding area. Add products to the cart. Go to the Checkout page and check your shipping/delivery options.

Who will deliver my order?

One of our team members will deliver the order with all the necessary precautions for your safety.

Shipping Address Everywhere else in Canada:

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed with a link to track your package. Your package will be delivered in the exact same manner as you receive all other Canada Post packages from Walmart / Amazon etc.

What time do you deliver?

  • Orders are delivered from 5 – 9 pm during weekdays. Depends on the order volume and weather conditions, there is a possibilities that your order can deliver the next day.
  • Please note we are unable to give you a specific appointment for delivery.

Shipping Address everywhere else in Canada

  • It’s depends on the Canada Post and the Fedex delivery schedules. You will be able to check with them directly once you get the tracking number.

Payment & Returns Information

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). We also accept payment via Paypal. Debit cards (Visa & Mastercard) are also accepted. YOu will be able to pay with Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or CASH in the retail store or during the pickup.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, do access CASH for local delivery. Cash has to be exact as the billing amount. Online order shipped with Post Canada or FedEx has to be paid before.
I'm missing an item in my order, What should I do ?
We take due care to ensure all orders are packed full with no errors. From time to time mistakes do happen. Please contact us at support@marchepatel.com with your order number so that we can resolve the situation for you.
An item in my order is damaged. What should I do?
We take care to pack all items with the most care to ensure no problems during transit. We bubble wrap all glass items, put all liquid items in plastic bags and pack all items well in corrugated cardboard boxes with high-quality tape to ensure smooth transit. Sometimes in transit, an item may get damaged. Please send us an email with the order#.
